Get out of pain, and get your body back.

I had pain for twelve years before I recovered, using a mind, body and emotions approach. These courses teach what worked for me and for the people I've taught since: slow, gentle movement with full attention, and the emotional work underneath it.

The courses

Pick the pain you have, or the body you want.

Every course is video you follow along with, streamed or downloaded to any device, with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Start with The Back Pain Miracle if you're not sure: it's where I start every student.

Not sure where to begin?

Begin with The Back Pain Miracle. Five to twenty minutes a day of the smallest, gentlest movements, the ones that don't alarm a nervous system that has been on edge for years. Everything else builds on it.

The approach

Why the usual advice hasn't worked.

Go to almost any source about back pain and you'll hear the same story: something in your structure is wrong, so the fix is physical. Stretch this, strengthen that. That advice has been given for generations, and billions of people still have pain.

Pain has an emotion attached

Every pain in the body has an emotion, a thought, some sentiment about life attached to it. If all you do is move your spine around, you never get near those. Recovery takes a mind, emotions and body approach, all at once.

The movements are a catalyst

You move slowly, with feeling and full attention, and the movement stirs up what is buried: tension, fear, old emotions. You notice them, you look at them, you let them pass. That is where the progress happens.

Start tiny, and don't cut your life down

A nervous system that has been on edge for years is afraid of big movements, so the way forward is the smallest, gentlest one. And the activities you've been told to avoid were never the cause; outlaw enough of them and you build a prison of tightness and fear.

Move far slower and smaller than you think you need to. Nothing should hurt. Keep three channels open: what your body feels, what you feel emotionally, what you're thinking.

Coaching

Recover from pain, with someone who's been there.

One to one, an hour a week. Each week I ask what you want to work on, and I show you the exact movement, the shift in emotion or the change of mindset that gets you through the next week. It starts with a free first call to see if we're a fit.
